Here are a couple pictures of my flare-ups. I will post more photos here soon to give everyone a better idea of what "erythromelalgia feet" actually look like. This happens whenever I walk or if it is over 70 degrees outside. As you can imagine, walking is a common thing to do, so I will have hundreds of flare-ups every day. When I try to sleep at night, my feet flare-up then, too, no matter how cold I get. If I’m warm, then it’s nearly impossible to get any sleep at all.
