I’m not going to lie—my life before erythromelalgia/crps was PEFECT, and I loved every day of it. Here are some photos of all the sports I used to do. When I tore my plantar fascia, I couldn’t lifeguard or coach kids’ gymnastics anymore. It ruined everything. Then it slowly got worse, and the nerve disorder took hold. I was active and extremely good at gymnastics, kiteboarding, surfing, skimboarding, skateboarding, snowboarding, mountain biking (cross country/downhill), bicycling (every day).
